We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills and be well organised with the ability to work as part of a team. You will work closely with the School Administrator to support the academy in all areas of administration.

Behaviour Lead & Wellbeing Support

The school is looking to employ someone with suitable experience who is a behaviour expert as well as someone who will be able to work one to one with children, and small groups, to deliver interventions and programmes to support children and families.  The appointed person will work alongside senior leaders to manage and support students on a one to one or small group basis in order to overcome barriers to learning and behaviour so that they are able to achieve their potential. The member of staff will support the behaviour of our students throughout the school as well as working with, and alongside, members of staff and our families.   The successful person must be able to build positive relationships with pupils and will actively promote the school values.

Alongside the role of managing and supporting behaviour, we are looking for someone who is also able to deliver wellbeing strategies, for example Drawing and Talking, Protective Behaviours, Lego Therapy (these are examples and not an exhaustive list) to our pupils.

  • Work alongside families and other agencies
  • Manage pupils who require support with their behaviour
  • Communicate with parents
  • Support with the inclusive nature of the school
